Terms and SMS Terms

These terms apply to 24 Dynamics LLC services, including NightAgent and NightManager voice, chat, email, SMS, and owner-notification workflows.

Service Use

Our systems help businesses answer questions, capture leads, route follow-up, and notify owners or staff. Service availability depends on carrier networks, hosting providers, third-party APIs, customer configuration, and operational limits.

SMS Program

Program name: 24 Dynamics / NightAgent SMS. Messages may include customer-care replies, business information, missed-call follow-up, appointment or lead follow-up, owner task notifications, and support responses.

Message frequency varies by conversation and customer request. For typical customer-care use, messages are sent after a user provides a phone number through an approved customer-care, rental, support, or owner-task workflow, after a user gives written or verbal consent to the business, or when an existing customer requests support or follow-up.

Message and data rates may apply. Message delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt Out And Help

Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages. Reply HELP for help. You can also contact hello@24dynamics.com or 24dynamics.com/#contact.

Consent

By providing your phone number through an approved customer-care flow, checking an SMS consent box, or giving written or verbal consent to the business you contacted, you agree to receive SMS messages related to that conversation or request. 24 Dynamics does not use standalone SMS keywords for initial opt-in.
